AI Work is building a suite of AI-powered professional applications including Orion Insights (equity research), Freddie (AI recruiting), and Luca (AI accounting).

Our flagship product, Orion Insights, currently serves:

 • 300,000+ monthly active users

• 2M+ monthly page views

• 100k+ newsletter subscribers 

 • A high-intent global financial audience

We are scaling toward 1M+ MAU and 10M+ monthly page views, and are looking for an Advertisement Monetization Manager to help optimize and expand revenue from our web and newsletter traffic.

This is a hands-on operator role, working closely with the founder to build and scale our monetization systems.

What You’ll Do

 • Optimize monetization of website and newsletter traffic

• Manage and improve programmatic ad performance (networks, yield optimization)

• Test ad placements, formats, and RPM improvement strategies

• Help structure sponsorship packages and premium placements

• Monitor revenue metrics and recommend improvements

• Support outreach to advertisers, partners, and sponsors

As the platform scales, the role may expand into advertiser partnerships, sponsorship sales, and revenue development.

What We’re Looking For

 • Experience monetizing digital media traffic (websites, newsletters, or SaaS platforms)

• Familiarity with programmatic advertising and ad networks

• Understanding of key metrics such as RPM, fill rate, viewability, and conversion

• Ability to run experiments and improve revenue performance

• Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving startup environment

Bonus experience:

 • Financial media or fintech audiences

• Sponsorship sales or advertiser partnerships

• Newsletter monetization
