DEPARTMENT: Marketing

TYPE: Part-time → Full-time

LOCATION: Hybrid / Remote

START DATE: May 2026

Part-time to Full-time Path

This role starts at 15–20 hours per week. We intend to move the right person to full-time within 3–6 months as we hit our ARR milestones. We are transparent about this because we want someone who is genuinely excited about BlueMind’s growth — not just filling hours.

ABOUT BLUEMIND

BlueMind is building the compliance supervision platform for global insurance distribution. We serve MGAs and advisors who are legally liable for advisor oversight but have no purpose-built infrastructure to do it. The founding team has 20+ years in financial services, including a former Chief Compliance Officer who built and sold his own MGA. We know this problem from the inside.

The company is backed by an exceptional team, industry operators and is working toward being a leading global organization. This is a ground-floor opportunity at a company with real customers, real traction, and a clear regulatory tailwind.

THE ROLE

This is not a coordinator role. We need someone who can own the marketing function end-to-end — demand generation, social presence, content strategy, and growth stack management — and who can keep pace with a product team that ships weekly.

The right person has strong marketing instincts, writes well, and is comfortable working in AI-native workflows. We use Claude Code as part of our daily work. You do not need to be a developer, but you should be curious about working alongside AI tools to move faster and smarter. You will work directly with the founder. Your ideas will matter. Your output will be visible.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

* Demand generation. Build and run demand generation campaigns targeting the right ICP's across LinkedIn, email, and content.

* Social media. Own BlueMind’s LinkedIn and social presence. Create content, manage publishing cadence, track engagement, and iterate.

* Content strategy. Write blog posts, regulatory commentary, case studies, and newsletter content that builds authority in the Canadian insurance distribution market.

* Growth stack. Own HubSpot (CRM + marketing), analytics, and campaign infrastructure. Keep systems clean and reporting accurate.

* SEO and inbound. Build organic search presence for target keywords. Coordinate with engineering on technical SEO when needed.

* Event support. Support trade show and conference activations. CAILBA and other North American insurance industry events.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Must have

* 3–6 years in B2B marketing, growth, or demand generation

* Strong communication skills with a creative mindset

* Hands-on with HubSpot, Asana or a comparable marketing automation platform

* Comfortable working in AI-native workflows — we use Claude Code and expect marketing to keep pace with the product team

* Proficiency with analytics (Google Analytics, MixPanel, HubSpot reporting, or equivalent)

Nice to have

* Experience marketing B2B SaaS, fintech, or insurtech products

* Knowledge of North American financial services, insurance distribution, or compliance

* Experience running campaigns for a niche B2B audience

* Video content or short-form video skills

* Prior startup or fractional / agency marketing experience

WHAT THIS ROLE OFFERS

* Expert mentorship. Work directly with senior fractional advisors who have scaled marketing at category leaders in financial services.

* Global footprint. BlueMind is actively expanding into the US market. You build both regions from day one.

* AI-native environment. We use Claude Code in daily workflows. You will build skills that compound and work smarter, not just harder.

* A real path forward. This role is designed to grow with the company. Part-time today, full-time as we hit our milestones.
