We’re partnering with a high-growth, venture-backed startup using AI and data to reshape a massive, traditionally offline industry.
They’re hiring a Growth / Marketing Data Scientist to work directly with leadership and own the insight layer behind growth.
This is not a reporting role. It’s about driving decisions, influencing spend, and proving what actually works.
What you’ll do:
* Own growth and marketing analytics end-to-end
* Analyse the full funnel: lead → conversion → revenue
* Evaluate performance across paid channels (Google, Meta, etc.)
* Build and iterate on LTV / CAC models
* Run segmentation, cohort analysis, and experiments
* Identify high-performing channels, campaigns, and audiences
* Turn data into clear, actionable insight for leadership
This role is about impact, not dashboards.
What they’re looking for:
* Background in Growth / Marketing Data Science or Analytics
* Strong SQL + solid Python
* Experience working with marketing or growth teams
* Hands-on exposure to paid acquisition channels
* Deep understanding of:
* Funnel analysis
* Attribution
* Segmentation
* LTV / CAC
* Experience running A/B tests / experiments
* Ability to influence non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have:
* Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads
* Tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, PostHog
* Background in high-growth startups or PLG environments
What this isn’t:
* Not a pure ML / research role
* Not a BI / reporting role
* Not a data engineering role
