About The Role

Marketing at Atlar sits at the heart of our go-to-market efforts, closely collaborating with sales, revenue operations, partnerships, and product teams. In this role, you'll own and scale our events program and drive co-marketing with customers, partners, and other great tech companies – turning relationships into real pipeline.

The role blends event marketing, partnerships, and outbound. You'll plan and run conferences and hosted events, but also proactively reach out to companies we want to collaborate with and make those collaborations happen. You'll work alongside our marketing lead, the sales team, and Atlar's founders. As an early member of the GTM team, you'll have the opportunity to shape how Atlar shows up in the market.

What You’ll Do

* Own and scale Atlar's events program, including conferences, partner events, webinars, and more

* Plan and execute events end-to-end: outreach, logistics, on-site, and follow-up

* Identify and reach out to potential collaborators: customers, partners, fintechs, ERPs, banks

* Pitch and close co-marketing opportunities: events, webinars, video series, case studies

* Produce and coordinate partner content like testimonials, interviews, and founder videos

* Track and report on event and partnership ROI

What You Need

* Experience in growth marketing, GTM, events, or partnerships (ideally in a B2B, SaaS, or tech context)

* Comfortable with outbound: reaching out to companies, pitching collaborations, and following up

* Strong project management skills with the ability to run multiple events and partnerships simultaneously

* Good marketing taste: you care about how things look and how Atlar is represented

* Proactive, high-agency mindset and eagerness to learn from senior team members

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice-to-Haves

* Experience at a high-growth startup or scale-up

* Familiarity with B2B fintech, treasury, or finance software

* Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM

* Experience with design, video, and AI tools

* Role is based in our HQ at Tegnérlunden 3 in central Stockholm
