We're hiring a paid acquisition consultant to run a 6-8 week pilot and help us acquire our first cohort of AI agent builders. Remote, contract, paid.
Noetive is an early-stage startup. We're past the 'figure out what to build' phase and into 'find the first users.' We need someone who's done this before with a developer audience, not a generalist social media manager.
The work:
Run paid acquisition across three channels, influencer partnerships (X, YouTube, Substack), paid ads on X, and Google Search ads. Your job is not to maximise signups. It's to learn which channel produces activated users at acceptable CAC, so we know where to concentrate spend after the pilot.
Deliverables:
· Week 1, channel strategy with budget split, influencer shortlist, keyword list, creative direction
· Weekly, performance updates and what you're changing
· Week 8, channel scorecard with CAC and activation numbers, plus a written playbook we can run ourselves afterward
What we're looking for:
· Paid acquisition experience with developer, dev tools, or technical SaaS audiences
· Comfortable running influencer partnerships AND paid media, not just one
· A view on why AI builders behave differently from other B2B audiences
Logistics:
· 100% remote, any timezone with reasonable overlap
· 6-8 week fixed engagement, not a long-term retainer
· Fee structure open, hourly or fixed, propose what fits the scope
· Media spend budget set separately
