About the Role

We’re hiring a Growth Marketer / Content Creator to drive brand awareness and generate inbound leads through content-led growth. This role focuses on content ideation, copywriting, and social strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.

You’ll come up with short-form video and reel ideas, write scripts and captions, and develop messaging, while partnering with an internal producer/video editor who will handle filming and editing. You’ll also support the co-founders with thought leadership, by identifying and negotiating speaking engagements and turning those opportunities into content and a pipeline.

What You’ll Do

* Develop content-driven growth initiatives to generate inbound leads

* Brainstorm and script short-form video content for LinkedIn, IG, and TikTok

* Write posts, captions, carousels, and campaign messaging

* Support co-founder thought leadership and speaking engagements

* Create content around deployments, announcements, and customer stories

* Track performance and refine content to drive engagement and pipeline

What We're Looking For

* 2–5 years in growth marketing, content, or social media

* Strong copywriting and content ideation skills

* Experience creating LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok content

* Ability to come up with short-form video/reel ideas

* Growth mindset with focus on generating inbound leads

* Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment

Compensation

Base Salary: $65,000 – $85,000

Bonus + benefits included.

At Intuitive AI, we’re committed to paying fairly and for growth. This role has an annual base salary range of $65,000 to $85,000 depending on experience. While that is a wide range, it is intentional. It reflects the full growth journey someone might take in the role, from developing skills early on to becoming highly proficient and ultimately achieving excellence.

We believe in paying for growth. You’ll have regular career development conversations with your manager, and your compensation will grow as you gain experience and contribute meaningfully to our shared goals/vision.
