This is a fully in-person role at our office in New York City.
Position Overview
Reporting to the Sales team, the Growth Intern will support the execution and optimization of Besty’s growth initiatives across sales, marketing, and operations. This role is designed for a high-ownership operator who wants direct exposure to how a venture-backed B2B SaaS company scales revenue, builds GTM systems, and makes data-driven decisions. The Growth Intern will work cross-functionally and contribute to core growth projects that directly impact company performance.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Growth: Support the development, testing, and refinement of growth strategies across outbound sales, partnerships, events, and lifecycle marketing. Help identify and analyze new opportunities to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.
* GTM Operations: Assist with building and maintaining go-to-market systems, including CRM hygiene, lead routing, pipeline tracking, and reporting. Support experimentation across channels and document learnings to improve repeatability.
* Analytics & Reporting: Track key growth metrics including pipeline, conversion rates, CAC signals, and channel performance. Build dashboards, analyze performance trends, and surface actionable insights to the leadership team.
* ROI Analysis: Support cost-benefit analysis for growth initiatives such as conferences, outbound campaigns, tools, and experiments. Help determine what to scale, pause, or discontinue based on performance data.
* Operations Support: Help improve internal processes that support growth, including tooling, workflows, vendor coordination, and documentation. Assist with maintaining operational rigor as the company scales.
* Special Projects: Take ownership of high-impact growth and operations projects as needed, ranging from market research and competitive analysis to sales enablement and automation builds.
* Leadership Support: Work closely with senior operators to support strategic initiatives, planning, and execution across growth functions. Gain exposure to executive-level decision-making and cross-functional coordination.
Professional Qualifications
An ideal candidate will be someone who has:
* Strong interest in startups, venture-backed SaaS, and go-to-market strategy.
* Demonstrated analytical ability with comfort working in spreadsheets, dashboards, and CRM systems.
* Experience or familiarity with sales, marketing, operations, or growth analytics (prior internships, projects, or extracurricular leadership roles).
* Ability to think structurally, execute quickly, and operate with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
* Clear written and verbal communication skills.
* High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.
* Interest in hospitality, proptech, or AI-native software is a plus.
