As they build the company, they are looking for a technical growth mind to join their team in Paris.

The Role

As their GTM Engineer, you aren't just a marketer, you are the architect of their revenue engine.

Your mission is to turn GTM strategy into a scalable, automated pipeline machine. You will bridge the gap between Product, Sales, and Tech, connecting product signals and intent data to automated workflows that convert accounts into opportunities with surgical precision.

This is a high-impact, technical role where you own the plumbing and the power of our growth experiments.

Your Mission

* Build the Pipeline Engine: Design and maintain automated workflows (using N8N, Make, HubSpot) to qualify, score, and route leads with minimal manual effort.

* Signal-to-Action: Turn product usage and intent signals into automated sales actions, trial logic, and lifecycle loops.

* Data & Scrapping: Scrape, clean, and enrich data (via Clay and AI agents) to build highly personalized, high-volume prospect lists.

* Optimize the Funnel: Experiment relentlessly to improve conversion velocity and reduce CAC, from the first touch to the first Paid customer.

* Revenue Ops: Maintain our GTM infrastructure (Stripe, CRM, product events) and implement end-to-end referral programs.

About You

You are a "vibe coder" and a technical tinkerer who thinks in systems. You don't wait for a dev ticket to get things done; you build the solution yourself using automation and AI.

Specifically, You Bring

* 3+ years of experience in Growth or Performance Marketing (B2B SaaS), with a proven track record of generating measurable SQLs and pipeline.

* Technical Mastery: You are a power user of N8N or Make, and you’ve mastered HubSpot workflows. You know how to build complex automation that doesn't break.

* The AI Edge: Hands-on experience with AI tools and LLM-driven automation (AI agents, prompt engineering for growth).

* Data Fluency: Strong skills in scraping, data enrichment (Clay), and handling lead databases.

* Startup DNA: You thrive in a "sprint-like" environment. You iterate fast, take full ownership of your experiments, and possess a strong bias for action.

* Tooling Kit: Experience with Lemlist, Cursor, and ideally Webflow or Stripe integrations.

Nice-to-have: Experience in LegalTech, exposure to international markets (US/UK), or a background in high-growth scale-ups.
