About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Google Cloud Solution Architect to lead cloud transformation initiatives and design scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This role will bridge business requirements with technical execution and support enterprise modernization programs.

Key Responsibilities

* Translate business and technical requirements into practical GCP solutions

* Design end-to-end cloud architectures using GCP services

* Lead on-prem to GCP migration strategies (rehost, refactor, re-architect)

* Build secure landing zones with governance, compliance, and cost controls

* Architect solutions using Compute Engine, GKE, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions

* Support Infrastructure as Code using Terraform

* Enable CI/CD pipelines, DevOps automation, monitoring, and logging

* Assess technical risks, dependencies, and delivery readiness

* Partner with clients, engineering teams, security teams, and leadership stakeholders

* Present solutions, lead discovery sessions, and support pre-sales activities

Required Skills

* 5+ years in Cloud Architecture / Infrastructure / Engineering roles

* Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform

* Expertise in BigQuery, GKE, IAM, Networking, Storage, Compute Engine

* Experience leading enterprise cloud migration programs

* Strong Terraform / IaC experience

* Knowledge of CI/CD, containers, DevOps, and cloud operations

* Excellent client-facing communication skills

* Ability to work in fast-paced consulting environments

Nice to Have

* GCP Certifications (Professional Cloud Architect / Data Engineer)

* Python / PowerShell scripting

* Experience in regulated industries

* Exposure to analytics or data platform workloads
