Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 100,000 Per Year

Role Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and optimize generative AI solutions, including MCPs, agents, and RAG-based applications.

• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver robust AI-driven features.

• Develop, fine-tune, and deploy large language models (LLMs) and other generative models.

• Integrate AI models with enterprise systems and APIs for real-world applications.

• Implement and maintain CICD pipelines for efficient model deployment and updates.

• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with organizational standards.

• Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve AI system performance.

• Document technical designs, workflows, and best practices.

Required Skill Set:

Primary Competency

• Expertise in designing, developing, and deploying generative AI solutions (e.g., for Multi-Channel Platforms (MCPs), intelligent agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems).

• Strong technical acumen with hands-on experience in AIML frameworks, model integration, and solution deployment.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

Must Have

• Proven experience in developing and deploying generative AI models (LLMs, RAG, conversational agents, etc.).

• Proficiency in Python and popular AIML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers).

• Strong understanding of CICD practices and deployment concepts, including exposure to OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) or similar.

• Experience with API development and integration.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI solution deployment.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good to Have

• Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) for RAG solutions.

• Exposure to MLOps tools and practices.

• Knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance requirements in AI deployments.
