GenAI & MCP Toolkit (Semantic Layer)

We are seeking an Engineer to build next-generation Generative AI capabilities and develop MCP (Model Context Protocol) tooling that powers our enterprise semantic layer. This role combines software engineering, AI integration, and platform development to enable intelligent, secure, and context-aware applications across the organization.

Responsibilities

* Develop GenAI features that support natural-language querying and semantic understanding.

* Build and extend MCP tools, adapters, and servers for safe interaction between LLMs and enterprise systems.

* Implement semantic search, embeddings, and RAG pipelines to enhance model accuracy and grounding.

* Work with platform, data, and AI/ML teams to integrate capabilities into enterprise applications.

* Optimize performance, reliability, and observability for GenAI components.

Qualifications

* 3–7 years of software engineering experience; strong in Python, TypeScript, or similar languages.

* Hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and modern AI toolchains.

* Experience building APIs, services, or developer tooling.

* Understanding of cloud platforms and secure system integration.

Nice to Have

* Experience with MCP or agent/tool frameworks (e.g., OpenAI tools, LangChain, LlamaIndex).

* Exposure to semantic layers, knowledge graphs, or metadata systems.

* Familiarity with LLM safety, grounding, and context management.
