We’re looking for a forward-thinking and highly strategic Integrated AI Engineer to help define the next era of digital marketing at 24 Seven.
Note: This position will be dedicated to our bench that we're looking to build out in the freelance space.
In this role, you will guide the organization in making smarter, data-informed decisions and accelerate our marketing evolution through AI-driven insights, stronger digital programs, and smarter organizational processes. The ideal candidate is both a visionary and a hands-on leader—someone who understands digital strategy, ABM, and operational excellence, and knows how to use AI to amplify results across teams and customer segments.
Responsibilities
AI-Driven Marketing Strategy & Execution
* Lead the development of sophisticated digital programs that deliver measurable performance improvements.
* Build, scale, and coach teams on AI-focused marketing approaches that raise the effectiveness of campaigns and audience engagement.
* Use AI capabilities—including audience targeting, campaign optimization, and propensity modeling—to drive personalization, deepen customer insight, and support stronger PR, GTM, and thought-leadership initiatives.
* Transform customer and market intelligence into meaningful strategic recommendations that advance 24 Seven’s position in AI-powered marketing and external communications.
* Provide clear, actionable analytics (pipeline influence, campaign ROI, engagement trends, brand and perception metrics) that guide decision-making across marketing, GTM, and executive leadership.
Digital Campaign Experimentation, Development, Tracking & Automation
* Identify repeatable patterns, account clustering, and emerging themes to improve efficiency and scale content opportunities across priority markets.
* Collaborate closely with marketing and communications partners to create, test, and roll out targeted ABM initiatives.
* Apply digital best practices to centralized campaigns while tailoring execution for key accounts, verticals, and strategic customer groups.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of AI marketing experience with deep expertise in digital marketing within enterprise accounts.
* Demonstrated success implementing AI or advanced analytics within marketing programs.
* Experience driving marketing transformation, optimizing workflows, or evolving team capabilities.
* Familiarity with AI and analytics tools (such as Intensify, DemandBase, predictive analytics platforms, or similar technologies).
* Strong balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution.
* Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage and influence diverse stakeholders.
