Generative AI Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative GenAI Developer to design, develop, and implement generative AI models with a focus on agentic AI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI frameworks, programming, and advanced analytics capabilities. This role involves hands-on development work and collaborating with multi-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into various applications used in functional areas such as Accounting and Finance, Supply Chain, Contact Center, Marketing, and People Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and Development:

* Develop and implement generative AI models with a focus on agentic AI.

* Enhance the design and user experience to ensure intuitive and efficient interaction with AI solutions.

* Integrate new capabilities such as chatbot functionalities and other advanced features.

* Innovation and Improvement:

* Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve the functionality and user engagement of AI models.

* Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in AI, data analytics, and user experience.

* Stakeholder Collaboration:

* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical functionality

* Drive a compelling narrative for the value proposition of AI solutions, highlighting their impact on operational success.

Requirements:

* Technical Expertise:

* Knowledge of agentic AI.

* Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

* Knowledge of, and experience with, GCP, MongoDB, and NLP.

* Communication and Collaboration:

* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

* Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles.

* Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.

* Experience in driving value propositions and business narratives.
