Job Title: Senior Gen AI Engineer

Location: Jersey City, NJ (Onsite 5 days/week)

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

* Lead end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI initiatives and can do hands on

* Define GenAI/Agentic AI architecture, frameworks, and best practices for the system

* Oversee development of LLM-based solutions, including RAG and fine-tuning approaches

* Mentor and guide GenAI/Agentic AI engineers and development teams

* Collaborate with business leaders to identify and prioritize AI use cases

* Ensure AI governance, security, and compliance standards are met

* Evaluate emerging GenAI/Agentic AI tools and technologies for adoption

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* 8+ years of experience in AI/ML or advanced analytics

* Proven experience leading GenAI/Agentic AI or LLM-based projects

* Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and fine-tuning

* Hands-on experience with Python and GenAI frameworks

* Strong system design and architectural skills

* Experience working with Crew AI.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
