Location: New York City, NY (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Prolifics is seeking a Gen AI Lead with strong Financial Services domain expertise, preferably within Private Alternatives (Private Equity / Private Credit).

This role requires a hands-on leader who can interface with business stakeholders, understand investment workflows, and architect Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions that drive automation and insights across the investment lifecycle.

You will lead the design and implementation of AI-powered solutions supporting deal sourcing, due diligence, portfolio monitoring, and investment analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the design, development, and deployment of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for Private Alternatives investment processes.

* Partner with investment professionals, engineers, and data teams to identify high-impact AI use cases.

* Build AI-powered tools for deal research, pipeline management, diligence automation, and portfolio monitoring.

* Design scalable AI architecture and intelligent workflow automation.

* Ensure solutions comply with regulatory, governance, and data security standards in financial environments.

* Define KPIs and success metrics to measure business impact and operational efficiency.

* Drive innovation through rapid prototyping, experimentation, and continuous improvement of AI models.

Required Qualifications

* 10+ years of experience building enterprise applications with recent focus on AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.

* 3+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional technical teams.

* Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI architectures.

* Deep understanding of Private Alternatives investment workflows (Private Equity / Private Credit).

* Proven experience delivering AI solutions in financial services, asset management, or investment management environments.

Technical Skills:

* Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages.

* Experience with LLM platforms (OpenAI or similar).

* Hands-on experience with LangChain, AutoGPT, or agentic AI orchestration frameworks.

* Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.

* Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio or Power Apps for AI-enabled applications.

* Experience integrating AI solutions with investment platforms such as Salesforce, DealCloud, DealPath, eFront, Investran, or Snowflake.

* Understanding of NLP, generative modeling, and production-scale AI deployment.

Preferred Experience

* Experience in Private Equity, Private Credit, or Private Alternatives investment firms.

* Experience using AI to automate investment research, deal execution, and portfolio analytics.

* Background in investment lifecycle automation using AI-driven workflows.
