Generative AI Engineer

Location: New York, NY (Onsite / Hybrid)

Job Summary

We are hiring experienced engineers to work on AI-based applications using modern machine learning and backend technologies. This role involves designing, developing, and integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems and data platforms.

Responsibilities

* Develop applications using Python and backend frameworks such as FastAPI

* Build and maintain AI-based solutions using large language models (LLMs)

* Implement data-driven workflows such as retrieval-based systems (RAG)

* Work with SQL databases including PostgreSQL

* Design and integrate APIs with internal and external systems

* Collaborate with engineering and business teams on requirements and delivery

* Support deployment and maintenance of production systems

* Strong experience in Python development

* Experience with backend frameworks (FastAPI or similar)

* Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases

* Experience working with AI/ML or LLM-based applications

* Understanding of API development and system integration

* Experience working in production environments

* Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar tools

* Familiarity with vector databases or search systems

* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

* Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (TypeScript or similar)

* Experience with data modeling or graph-based systems
