Role Summary:

Design and implement AI agent logic for an enterprise Agentic AI platform, focusing on multi‑step reasoning, tool usage, and safe, reviewable agent behavior.

Must‑Have Technical Skills

* 6–10 years software / backend engineering experience

* Strong Python

* Hands‑on experience building AI agents

* Hands-on experience building RAG solutions and Knowledge Graph based solutions – Azure AI search, Neo4j

* Good exposure on Platform as a Service (PAAS), Foundry, Azure AI search, LangGraph, etc

* Experience with agent frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain Agents, or equivalent)

* Experience designing multi‑step, stateful workflows

* Experience integrating agents with external tools via APIs

* Strong REST API and service integration skills

Key Responsibilities

* Implement agent logic and execution steps

* Build agent flows including:

* Reasoning

* Tool selection and invocation

* Structured response generation

* Integrate agents with orchestration and MCP layers

* Ensure agents operate in assistive, non‑autonomous mode

* Handle retries, failures, and edge cases in agent execution

* Support evaluation, tuning, and refinement of agent behavior

* Work under guidance of Orchestration Lead and Lead AI Engineer

* Exposure to enterprise automation platforms
