Job Title: Generative AI Engineer

Job Location: Mississauga, ON

Employment Type: Full-time/Contract

Duration: 6-12 Months

Compensation Range: $100,000 - $120,000 per year or $45- $60 per hour

Job description:

* Experience & Core Skills: 6–10 years in application development/systems analysis with strong foundations in GenAI, ML, NLP, LLMs, statistics, and data science.

* GenAI & LLM Expertise: Hands-on experience with major LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Llama, etc.), RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, agent frameworks, and deploying LLM-based applications (Vertex AI, Hugging Face).

* Programming & Data Engineering: Strong Python expertise with ML/AI libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, etc.), experience with vector databases, APIs, and handling large-scale unstructured data.

* Deployment & Cloud: Experience in MLOps, CI/CD, and production deployment of GenAI solutions, with knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift and cloud-native environments, plus strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
