Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned AI Data Scientist to lead our efforts in leveraging Generative AI and advanced analytics to optimize lead generation strategies. This role blends deep technical expertise in machine learning and AI with strategic leadership and business acumen. You will guide cross-functional teams to build intelligent systems that enhance customer acquisition, personalize outreach, and improve conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

* Lead AI-driven initiatives focused on lead generation, customer segmentation, and personalization.

* Translate business goals into data science strategies and scalable solutions.

* Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.

Technical Execution

* Design and deploy ML models for lead scoring, churn prediction, and campaign optimization.

* Develop GenAI-powered tools (e.g., LLM-based chatbots, content generators) to support marketing and sales.

* Build and maintain robust data pipelines and ML workflows using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Cross-functional Collaboration

* Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align AI solutions with business needs.

* Present insights and model outcomes to stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner.

* Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and ethical AI standards.

Required Qualifications

* Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.

* 10+ years of experience in data science, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

* Proven track record in deploying AI/ML solutions for lead generation or customer acquisition.

* Expertise in Python, R, SQL, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

* Experience with GenAI technologies (LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering).

* Strong understanding of marketing funnels, CRM systems, and customer lifecycle analytics.

Preferred Skills

* Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.

* Experience with A/B testing, causal inference, and uplift modeling.

* Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay:

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $165,000 - $198,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus for the current performance period.

As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time. You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms. The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a “free time” PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.
