About the Role:

The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in leading daily club operations, ensuring excellent member experience, and achieving business and operational targets in a premium health and wellness environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support overall club operations and service delivery

* Lead and manage teams across multiple departments

* Ensure high standards of customer experience

* Assist in achieving financial and operational targets

* Maintain health, safety, and compliance standards

* Support planning, reporting, and performance management

Requirements:

* Experience managing operations in hospitality, retail, leisure, or similar environments

* Leadership experience across multiple functions

* Knowledge of financial planning and performance management

* Strong customer service mindset
