Job Description:
As a Generative AI Junior Developer at Capgemini, you'll leverage your expertise in large language models, agentic AI solutions, natural language processing algorithms, and software architecture to Design and implement advanced generative AI solutions. You'll collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements, lead solution design, and ensure compliance with governance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop Generative AI and Agentic AI based solutions according to client needs considering factors such as data integration, scalability, and security.
Serve as the subject matter expert on AI technologies, hands-on development of GenAI solutions.
Evaluate and select appropriate generative AI components and algorithms based on project objectives.
Extensive knowledge and confidence in concepts of Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing and model building.
Define governance frameworks for the ethical use of generative AI technologies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required skills :
2 years and less of professional work experience in designing, developing and implementing large language model (Open AI GPT's/other popular LLM's) implementations using Azure OpenAI service/Databricks.
Hands-on experience with Azure Machine Learning Studio, Notebooks, CLI, Experiment Management, Model Registry,
Deployment options, and Monitoring.
Proficient in MLOps and LLMOps, specializing in Computer vision and Natural language tasks like instance
segmentation, object detection, image classification, text classification, QA, translation and text generation.
Design, develop, and implement machine learning models, focusing on generative AI and NLP based on customer
requirements.
Data integration using Azure Data Factory and Data Lake Storage for AI and machine learning workloads.
Security and access control with Azure Active Directory and Azure RBAC within the Azure Machine Learning
workspace.
Strong proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch.
Familiarity with software architecture principles, cloud computing platforms, and containerization technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $46,400 to $111,090.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction. These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
