🎯 Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver high-impact training sessions on GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Travelport).

* Coach new hires on English communication and soft skills to meet international BPO standards.

* Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and design engaging training modules.

* Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive, real-time feedback.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

* Expertise: Deep knowledge of at least one GDS (Amadeus is a plus).

* Communication: Flawless English (C1 level) with strong facilitation skills.

* Experience: 2+ years in BPO/Travel training is highly preferred.

* Availability: Ready to start immediately (ASAP).
