Job Title: Full Stack Java Technical Lead

Job Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Target Candidate Profile

* 8–12+ years overall IT experience

* 3–5+ years in Technical Lead / Lead Engineer role

* Background in enterprise/banking environments preferred

Must-Have Skills

* Java 21 + Spring Boot (Microservices) – hands-on

* API design & integration – REST, event-driven, async

* Messaging: Kafka / RabbitMQ

* Cloud: GCP preferred (AWS/Azure acceptable)

* Kubernetes + Helm (GKE preferred)

* CI/CD pipelines – automation-focused

* Database: PostgreSQL / Cloud SQL

* Strong in design, code reviews, unit testing
