A.Engineer is an agentic AI platform that automates the manual work of structural and civil engineering. In contrast to many AI solutions, A.Engineer does not give answers, it does the job. Calculations, fully automated agentic workflows, and report generation, inside a single intelligent workspace. Engineers work faster without sacrificing control: every AI step is fully auditable, and every output is verified by a professional engineer.

We are a start-up born inside Tyréns Group's innovation programme Tyréns NEXT, combining the resources and domain depth of one of Europe's leading engineering consultancies with the speed and ambition of a founding team.

We launched across Europe in late 2025 and are now aiming to scale the business globally.

THE OPPORTUNITY

A.Engineer is a full-stack product used by working engineers every day. We need someone who can move confidently across the entire codebase, from the database to the API to the interface and who takes personal ownership of what they ship. You are not here to implement tickets. You are here to build a great world-class product that will be loved by engineers globally.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Build features end-to-end: database schema, API, React components, and the interactions engineers use every day.

* Own systems and micro services, not just implement tickets. You design, build, deploy, monitor, and iterate.

* Maintain and extend back-end services, including integrations and third-party tools

* Work closely with the whole product team to ship AI-powered features that feel fast, reliable, and professional.

* Raise the bar: code reviews, testing, documentation: you leave things better than you found them.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

* 3+ years of full-stack development in a production environment you have shipped things real users depend on.

* Fluent in TypeScript/React on the front-end; solid on the back-end (Python or Node.js preferred, C# experience is a genuine plus).

* Comfortable with relational databases, REST APIs, and cloud deployment fundamentals.

* Strong product sense: you think about what the user experiences, not just what the code does.

* Gets stuff done: you thrive without a detailed specification and take ownership when things are ambiguous.

* Bonus: experience with LLM frameworks and traditional engineering- or CAD software.
