Senior Full-Stack Engineer

We’re partnering with a fast-growing AI company building a real-time voice automation platform that powers millions of AI-driven conversations. This role sits at the core of the product, shaping both the underlying systems and the user experience.

You’ll work across the stack using React, TypeScript, and Node.js, collaborating closely with the founding team to build scalable backend systems and intuitive, customer-facing interfaces. The work spans everything from prompt orchestration and telephony integrations to dashboards, analytics, and onboarding workflows.

This is a high-impact role with fast feedback loops, direct customer exposure, and the opportunity to help define a category-leading product in voice and agentic AI.

What You’ll Do

* Build core full-stack features including prompt orchestration, dashboards, analytics, and telephony integrations

* Design and ship scalable systems across frontend, backend, and infrastructure

* Own projects end to end, from architecture through production and iteration

* Create intuitive interfaces and APIs that enable customers to get live quickly

* Work closely with customers to debug issues and turn feedback into product improvements

What We’re Looking For

* 2+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer using React, TypeScript, Node.js, or Python

* Strong product mindset and a willingness to own problems across the stack

* Comfort working in fast-paced, early-stage environments

* Clear communicator who collaborates well in small, high-impact teams

* CS, CE, or equivalent practical experience
