Full Stack Engineer in Fintech/ESG/AI

Over 40,000 companies worldwide disclose ESG data every year as part of or integrated in their annual report. Banks, investors, and researchers are in great need of this data to meet regulatory demands and make informed investment decisions. The legacy data market still fully depends on in house data teams manually transcribing PDFs into spreadsheets and the global data providers with offshore data collectors.

It's slow, expensive, error-prone, and can't scale. On top of that, data users are not satisfied, especially given poor coverage on smaller or non-listed companies.

We're building towards the self-driving car for ESG data. We combine our AI, sophisticated automation, and expert human oversight to deliver accurate, structured, reliable, source-traceable ESG data on any company worldwide.

It's working. We're already trusted by banks, global investors, a media group, leading global benchmarks, and a Swedish government body.

Founded in 2024. First customers in 2025. Now scaling fast with enterprise clients. We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help us build what comes next.

The role:

• Own features from database to UI in a production system used by serious clients

• Build with Next.js, PostgreSQL, Supabase, and AWS

• Work directly with founders — your decisions shape the product

• Ship fast, iterate, improve

Required (4+ years):

• JavaScript / TypeScript

• Next.js

• PostgreSQL

• Supabase

• AWS

Nice to have:

• DevOps (CI/CD, infrastructure management)

• Monitoring with Grafana & Prometheus

• Basic ESG or sustainability knowledge

• Interest in data, fintech, or regulated environments
