Full-Stack Engineer – AI Intelligence Platform

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to help build the intelligence platform behind it.

You’ll work on AI systems, data pipelines, and product infrastructure that turn large-scale behavioural data into decision tools used by companies.

The Problem

Understanding people at scale is extremely difficult.

Companies rely on surveys, reports, and intuition to make brand decisions.

We’re building systems that transform large-scale human behaviour into structured intelligence and strategic recommendations.

The Work

You will help build the core intelligence platform behind MyTelescope.

This includes:

* building scalable APIs and backend systems

* designing data pipelines that process behavioural data

* integrating LLMs and agent workflows

* shipping product features across the stack

* evolving the architecture as the platform scales

You will own systems end-to-end, from design to production.

What We’re Looking For

* 3+ years of software engineering experience building production systems.

* Strong backend skills (Python preferred).

* Experience building APIs, distributed systems, or data-heavy backends.

* Comfort working across the stack (JavaScript / TypeScript frontend).

* Interest in AI systems, LLMs, and intelligent automation.

* Strong fundamentals in system design, debugging, and clean code.

* Curiosity, ownership, and a bias toward shipping.

* Experience with Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
