About the Role

Are you a pragmatic developer who loves building software that solves real-world problems? We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join our team in Agadir. You will build end-to-end features—from sleek React UIs to robust Python backends—for systems that automate data processing and AI-driven workflows.

You will take ownership of the full development lifecycle, transforming manual business processes into scalable digital workflows:

* Architecture & Development: Lead the implementation of internal tools and AI assistant systems.

* Data Orchestration: Build ETL pipelines to process emails, files, and ERP data into structured SQL databases.

* AI Integration: Implement LLM-based features (RAG, automated classification) into production-ready environments.

* Full-Stack Ownership: Develop modern React-based interfaces for professional industrial software and the corresponding Python APIs.

💻 Technical Stack & Requirements

* Backend: Proficient in Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django).

* Frontend: Strong experience with React (State management, Hooks, modern UI libraries).

* Database: Deep understanding of PostgreSQL or similar SQL databases (Modeling, Migrations).

* DevOps/Tools: Git (advanced workflows), Docker, and basic Cloud knowledge.

* Experience: 2+ years of professional software development (or an exceptional project portfolio).

* Languages: Fluent in English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
