We recently raised a $7.5m seed round from Pebblebed Ventures in San Francisco, founded by the founding engineers of OpenAI and the Facebook AI Research Lab. We are now transitioning into a period of high growth and are looking for someone to create the vision we have for our customers starting with their first interaction with our website and cloud application. You'll join a small, driven group of people who work closely together, support each other, and work towards the shared goal of building a generational AI infrastructure company.

Role Overview

The Full-Stack Developer supports Cognee's design, product and growth teams and is responsible for user experience, usability engineering, industrial and graphical UI design, localization as well as UI engineering. Given the abstract nature of our product, your job will be to create easy to understand visualisations for our website as well as cloud solutions. By actively shaping our cloud platform, you will take active responsibility in the user experience of our customers and actively shape the success of Cognee. It is an ideal role for someone who enjoys creative development, ownership and impact in a fast-paced startup environment.

What you'll do:

* Own the Cloud Frontend and Backend

* Develop and maintain the frontend of our cloud platform

* Implement new features end-to-end

* Integrate backend APIs and services

* Ensure performance, scalability, and clean architecture

* Manage state, routing, authentication, and API flows

* Improve UX based on product feedback and usage patterns

* Contribute to Product & Design

* Provide UI/UX input early in feature planning

* Translate product requirements into structured frontend architecture

* Improve design systems and component libraries

* Maintain a clean, scalable frontend structure

Requirements

Here is what we'd like you to bring to the table:

* 7+ years of experience with modern frontend frameworks (React or similar)

* Know how to build and deploy Python services on K8 (FastAPI)

* Experience with LLM APIs
