Job Description

You will take end-to-end ownership of client data migrations for a modern mortgage servicing platform. Acting as the primary data partner, you will gather requirements, stand up infrastructure, and build robust dbt pipelines and SQL-driven reporting. This role is essential in replacing legacy systems with automated, AI-driven solutions for the $12 trillion mortgage industry.

What You Will Do

* Design and execute end-to-end data migrations, translating complex client requirements into scalable data infrastructure and schema mappings.

* Build and maintain production-grade data transformation pipelines using dbt and expert-level SQL to empower real-time operational decision-making.

* Create sophisticated visualizations and dashboards in tools like Looker, Hex, or Tableau to provide deep business insights for mortgage lenders.

The ideal candidate

* 6-8+ years of experience in data, product, or business analytics, specifically within a high-growth technology environment.

* Expert-level SQL proficiency and hands-on experience building production reporting pipelines with dbt and modern BI tools.

* Proven ability to manage client-facing relationships, gathering technical requirements and translating business needs into high-impact data solutions.
