BreakPointCRM is a B2B SaaS platform specializing in sports club management, seamlessly blending CRM capabilities, sales automation, and multichannel communications. We empower clubs to drive player loyalty, automate daily operations, and boost their commercial performance through advanced analytics and generative AI.

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer with a track record in building modern web products and a strong curiosity for applying AI to marketing automation and data analysis.

What You’ll Do

Build & Ship: Develop robust new features using Next.js (App Router) and Supabase.

Integrate: Design and consume external APIs and serverless architectures.

Scale: Optimize system and infrastructure performance and multi-tenant scalability.

Create: Collaborate closely with product and design to implement key frontend components.

Innovate: Architect large-scale AI Agents using foundational LLMs, advanced prompt engineering, RAG systems, and other generative techniques—ensuring reliability, scalability, and maintainability.

Lead the Tech: Stay ahead of the curve on new technologies, frameworks, and AI advancements, encouraging their integration within the BreakPoint team.

What We’re Looking For

We do not require any formal experience, certifications, or degrees. Instead, we are seeking enthusiastic software engineers who can showcase solving impressively hard problems with artifacts such as past projects, designs, or GitHub contributions.

We do require:

* Expertise in SQL, PostgreSQL

* Experience with Web Development using Typescript/React

* Familiarity with common software and system design patterns and infrastructure including APIs, cloud infrastructure tools (AWS), storage solutions, data structures etc.

Bonus:

* A true "builder mindset" with the initiative to rapidly deploy and iterate on ideas.

* Proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.)

* End-to-end AI Agent design

* Previous background in B2B SaaS or CRM platforms.

* A passion for sports and technological innovation.

Who You Are

* BSc/MSc in Computer Science / Software Engineering, OR equivalent demonstrable experience through project-based learning or work history.

* 1+ year of professional experience, ideally thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.

* Autonomous, proactive, and highly detail-oriented.

* A collaborative team player with a strong product mindset.
