2. About the Opportunity:
The Fulfillment Specialist role supports global Operations and Sales teams by managing order and return processes and ensuring smooth logistics coordination. This position plays a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and operational efficiency by communicating status updates, validating orders, handling returns, and collaborating across teams. The role contributes to the overall performance of the fulfillment function and supports the resolution of shipment and order issues.
3. Responsibilities:
• Communicate order and return status updates to customers and internal stakeholders via email, phone, and in person
• Process incoming orders, validate purchase order accuracy, and coordinate with warehouses for timely dispatch
• Manage incoming returns from customers and warehouses, including receiving, categorizing, and initiating refurbishment
• Support inbound and outbound shipments, escalations, and exceptions with the global operations and supply chain teams
• Collaborate with Finance to resolve returns and order issues
• Undertake additional projects and tasks to support operations
4. Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a call center setting
• Experience handling email and order entry in a high-volume environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with knowledge of email etiquette
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-discipline and effective time management
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to pass a customer service assessment
• Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is a plus
• Bachelor''s degree preferred
• Located in MST or CST time zone
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Estimated annual pay range of $48,000—$53,000 USD, including base compensation and commissions where applicable
