EVident Battery develops AI-powered sensing and diagnostic solutions for machine health monitoring and transportation safety. Our platform combines smart vibration sensors, real-time data collection, and cloud analytics to help customers detect abnormal vibration, impact events, and mechanical issues before they become costly failures.

Opportunity

We are looking for a Front-End Developer Intern to help build intuitive, data-driven user interfaces for our sensor platform and cloud analytics tools. You will work closely with our hardware team to turn complex sensor data into clear, actionable dashboards. Some of our interfaces are served directly from embedded devices, so you'll also gain experience designing lightweight UIs that run within tight memory and bandwidth constraints.

Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain responsive web interfaces using modern frameworks such as React or Next.js

* Build lightweight, low-footprint UIs suitable for hosting on embedded sensor devices

* Build dashboards and visualization tools for real-time vibration, motion, and impact data

* Integrate front-end applications with backend APIs and cloud data systems

* Improve UI/UX for data-heavy monitoring and analytics platforms

* Implement interactive features based on customer and internal feedback

* Support testing, debugging, and deployment of web applications

Qualifications

* Pursuing a BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

* Ability to work on site at our Westford office

* Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS

* Familiarity with React, Next.js, or similar frameworks

* Basic understanding of REST APIs and data integration

* Interest in data visualization, IoT, machine health, or transportation safety

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
