Freelance Python Engineer for AI solutions

We are looking for 2 freelance Python engineers available as soon as possible. For this role Dutch + the possibility to commute to Brussels & Antwerp is a hard must.

You will step into an ongoing, high-impact enterprise project where we are building and industrialising a custom AI application for a large organisation.

The Work Includes:

* Developing and scaling an internal application

* Industrialising the application for production use

* Maturing the MLOps framework and deployment processes

* Improving reliability, performance, and technical optimisation

Important: this is not a pure machine learning research role.

We are looking for strong software engineers (Python) who are comfortable building AI-enabled applications in production environments. The AI component focuses on optimization, not model training.

We’re Looking For Hands-on Engineers Who:

* Write clean, production-grade Python code

* Understand deployment, versioning, and operational robustness

* Can work independently in an enterprise setting

* Are pragmatic and delivery-focused

Short-term availability is key.
