Fractional CMO – AI Trainer

We are looking for experienced CMOs based in the EU or UK to help improve advanced AI systems.

What you’ll be doing

We are 10x.team, a platform for fractional and freelance professionals. We partner with leading AI labs to improve large AI systems.

Your Role Is Practical And High Impact. You Will

* Review and refine AI generated responses related to marketing strategy, brand positioning and growth

* Evaluate outputs for strategic clarity, commercial realism and market insight

* Draft complex marketing scenarios such as brand repositioning, market entry strategy, go to market planning, performance marketing allocation, pricing strategy or international expansion

* Create variations of the same scenario from different perspectives such as CMO, CEO, growth lead, product marketing head or board member

* Identify weaknesses in customer segmentation logic, channel strategy, messaging coherence, attribution models or growth assumptions

In Simple Terms

You will assess and improve AI generated content to ensure it reflects real world CMO level thinking, customer insight and commercially grounded decision making.

This is not campaign execution work. Instead of running marketing for one organisation, you will help improve how AI systems understand and reason about marketing leadership at scale.

Your input directly improves how AI performs on marketing strategy and growth topics.

Who this is for

You Are

* A current or former CMO or senior marketing leader

* Based in the EU or UK

* With significant experience leading marketing strategy, brand development and growth initiatives

* Experienced in areas such as brand positioning, performance marketing, product marketing, demand generation, pricing strategy, customer acquisition or international expansion

* Comfortable identifying weak positioning, flawed growth assumptions and unrealistic performance projections

* Available 8 to 20 hours per week

* Able to start in the coming weeks

This role is fully remote and flexible.

It works well alongside your existing executive or advisory commitments.
