About the role

We are looking for a Founding Solutions Architect who will play a critical role in shaping how customers adopt and deploy our platform. As one of the earliest technical hires outside of engineering, you will work closely with founders, product, engineering, and design partners to define solution architectures, support early customer deployments, and influence the direction of the product. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will help build the technical foundation for how the company engages with customers.

Responsibilities:

* Design and deliver scalable architectures for deploying our AI‑native endpoint platform for complex environments, including hands‑on support for early customer deployments, pilots, and proof‑of‑concepts. 

* Lead technical discovery, solution design, and integration work across enterprise ecosystems such as Identity (Azure AD, Okta), Endpoint Management (Intune, Jamf, Tanium, SCCM), ITSM (ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence), Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), and Security tools (EDR, SIEM).

* Partner closely with founders, sales, and customer teams to guide design‑partner engagements, build trust with senior IT/security stakeholders, and represent the company in technical discussions.

* Serve as the customer’s technical voice internally by translating real‑world challenges into product requirements, helping prioritize integrations, automation workflows, and deployment capabilities.

* Create foundational technical assets including reference architectures, deployment playbooks, integration guides, and reusable documentation; contribute to demos, deep dives, and technical content.

* Troubleshoot complex environments‑specific issues and develop scripts, automation, or tooling to accelerate deployments and improve reliability across customer environments.

* Shape the company’s technical motion across pre‑sales and post‑sales, ensuring a consistent, high‑quality architecture and deployment experience.

Required Qualifications:

* 7 to 15+ years in solutions architecture, technical consulting, enterprise engineering, or sales engineering.

* Deep experience with endpoint management platforms, such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf, Tanium, SCCM / MECM, Workspace ONE and ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, freshservice, Jira and Confluence

* Strong understanding of Endpoint lifecycle management, Identity and access management (Azure AD, Okta), Enterprise device compliance and security

* Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

* Experience integrating with security and IT operations tools (EDR, SIEM, ITSM).

* Comfortable operating in high ambiguity and fast-moving environments.

* Excited to help build processes from scratch.

* Able to balance technical depth with customer communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience at early-stage startups.

* Background in endpoint security or IT automation platforms.

* Scripting experience in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.

* Experience with AI-driven analytics or automation tools.
