Role Description

We’re looking for a Founding GTM Lead to help us reach early customers, understand market demand, and turn conversations into a repeatable go-to-market motion.

This is an early, hands-on role for someone who can identify the right accounts, start high-quality conversations, learn from prospects, and help shape how Semogram is positioned.

What you’ll do:

- Identify potential customers across AI, data, operations, and software teams

- Run outbound experiments across LinkedIn, email, and founder networks

- Book and support early customer discovery calls

- Help refine messaging, positioning, and ICP based on real conversations

- Track outreach, responses, objections, and opportunities

- Work closely with the founding team on early sales and market strategy

Good fit

- Experience in B2B software, data, AI, infrastructure, or technical products

- Comfortable with outbound, customer discovery, and early-stage ambiguity

- Strong written communication

- Able to understand technical products without needing everything simplified

- Practical, self-directed, and consistent

Qualifications

* Strong expertise in Go-To-Market strategies, Business Development, Customer Acquisition, and Partner Management

* Experience in Marketing Strategy and Campaign Management

* Familiarity with AI, Data Analytics, or Machine Learning technologies

* Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

* Proficient in problem-solving, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision making

* Entrepreneurial mindset with proven ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment

* Experience in a leadership or founding role is strongly preferred

* Fluency in English; German proficiency is an advantage

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields

Nice to have

- Existing network across AI, data, analytics, enterprise software, or operations

- Experience selling or marketing developer tools, data infrastructure, or AI products

- Startup or founder-led sales experience
