We are building toward a system where AI is embedded across the entire clinical workflow: from patient intake, to providing clinical decision support during the encounter, to automating form completion. One platform that handles all the tedious elements in healthcare.

We are rapidly scaling across primary care, specialty clinics, and enterprise health systems. To accelerate this next phase of growth, we are hiring a Founding Go-To-Market Engineer to build and execute the engine that expands Vero across the healthcare sector.

As an early member of our go-to-market team, you will work directly with the founders, Adeel, a physician, and Bill, an experienced software engineer, partnering closely across product, engineering, and strategy as we bring agentic workflows to the forefront of healthcare.

About the Role

We’re looking for a leader, someone who can own customer acquisition, GTM strategy, sales, marketing, and partnerships from the ground up. You will design and run multi-channel growth systems, manage the sales cycle end-to-end, and collaborate with product to craft solutions that fit real-world workflows.

If you want to operate as a technical founder for our GTM function, ship fast, and have massive ownership over how a healthcare SaaS company grows, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do

* Develop scalable GTM playbooks and systems for both inbound and outbound motions.

* Build and optimize multi-channel acquisition funnels across SEO, content, email, outbound outreach, partnerships, paid, and social.

* Architect and own the CRM: pipeline stages, lead scoring, workflows, reporting, and automations.

* Design lifecycle flows for lead routing, follow-ups, nurture sequences, and conversion.

* Write scripts, integrations, and automations to reduce manual work and increase leverage.

* Engage inbound and outbound leads across clinics, specialty groups, and enterprise organizations.

* Run compelling product demos alongside the founders that clearly articulate Vero's value to decision-makers.

* Support enterprise deals, discovery calls, RFPs, and procurement workflows.

* Support onboarding, customer success, and feature rollout.

What We're Looking For

* 2+ years of experience in growth engineering, RevOps, demand generation, or GTM roles at a SaaS or health-tech company

* Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools (Attio, HubSpot, Salesforce, Customer.io, or similar)

* Proficiency building automations, writing scripts, and working with APIs

* Experience with analytics and attribution: Google Analytics, Search Console, and campaign tracking

* Strong written and verbal communication.

* High bias toward action. You ship, measure, and refine continuously.

* Deep ownership mentality. You want end-to-end responsibility for how Vero grows.
