Role Description

You will work closely together with the founding team and contribute to the direction of the Go-To-Market strategy and execution. YOU(th) is the early stage startup and you will be expected to take initiative and full ownership of important projects for the company. As a Senior GTM expert, you would have the opportunity to shape the vision for the companies’ products & services and make decisions on the GTM channels and approaches.

Activities & key responsibilities

* Own end-to-end go-to-market execution: validate, design, and execute GTM strategies across customer segments and channels

* Build and continuously optimize the GTM flywheel across outbound, inbound, ABM, LinkedIn content, paid acquisition, and sales workflows

* Run a hypothesis-driven experimentation engine with rapid validation cycles, clear metrics, and fast learning loops

* Maintain, scale, and optimize the full GTM tech stack (email infrastructure, CRM workflows, data quality, attribution)

* Create and iterate on content for inbound and outbound campaigns in close alignment with positioning and ICPs

* Engage directly with prospects and customers, run sales conversations, close deals, and translate learnings into a scalable Sales Playbook

Skills & Experience

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience

* 3+ years of experience in GTM engineering, growth, sales operations, or technical revenue roles in B2B or B2B2C environments

* Proven ability to design, run, and validate hypothesis-driven experiments across GTM channels

* Hands-on experience with automation and AI tools such as Clay, Apollo, Airtable, Zapier, or comparable tooling

* Excellent written and spoken English; English is our working language
