Wayco is building a fully autonomous AI operator for the medical care in injury and accident cases. Come build the next unicorn in MedLegal space in America. We are fast growing company and have startup work culture.

Req’s

* 2+ years shipping at an early-stage startup, strong across the full stack (Python, Backend, Postgres)

* Built event-driven systems, async job orchestration and workflow engines in scalable production

* Production LLM integration — structured extraction, not chat wrappers

* Telephony experience in scale (Twilio, ElevenLabs)

* HIPAA-aware: encryption and etc

* Hustler and mission driven

What You Will Do

* Voice AI Agents

* Case Orchestration — Durable workflow automation engine with AI

* Document Intelligence — LLM pipeline processing faxed records, handwritten notes, PDF bills.

* Command Center — role-based multi-tenant views, Postgres RLS.
