Role Overview

We are seeking a Founding Engineer to take ownership of our platform’s technical direction and architecture. You’ll be hands-on with everything: product, infrastructure, integrations, deployment, and experimentation. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build core systems from scratch, help define the product roadmap, and operate with maximum autonomy as a key early teammate.

This is an early, foundational role where your impact is immediate and highly visible.

Key Responsibilities

* Own the design, architecture, and development of our core platform

* Build and maintain API integrations and tools that support future white-label and partner environments

* Implement scalable infrastructure that can support multi-location and future enterprise use cases

* Improve our audio automation features, UI/UX flow, and reliability

* Work closely with the CEO to prioritize roadmap and direction

* Provide technical insight and collaboration with Growth, Sales, and Customer Success functions

* Make fast, pragmatic decisions that move the product forward

* Build with long-term scalability in mind while iterating quickly

Qualifications (Required)

* Strong software engineering fundamentals

* Experience working with APIs and building scalable systems

* Ability to lead technical decisions with minimal oversight

* Comfort working in ambiguity and iterating fast

* Strong communication skills and collaboration mindset

* Interest in product thinking and user experience

Preferred Experience

(Very Flexible — not strict requirements)

* Familiarity with TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, or similar

* Cloud experience: AWS, GCP, or Azure

* Prior early-stage startup experience

* Experience with integrations, multi-tenant architecture, or audio/AI systems
