About The Role

We are seeking a Founding Engineer to join a dynamic team building AI agents for the European residential real estate market. This is an early-stage, VC-backed opportunity with a path to CTO, offering a chance to shape the product and technology from the ground up.

What You'll Be Doing

* Own product and technology end-to-end

* Build AI agents using LLMs, workflows, and automations

* Integrate with complex, real-world systems such as CRMs and APIs

* Ship fast, engage with users, and iterate on feedback

* Define and shape the architecture from day one

* Contribute to defining the category in the market

What We're Looking For

* 3–6 years of engineering experience

* Backend-first with full-stack capabilities

* Proven track record of shipping products quickly

* Comfortable working in a chaotic, fast-paced environment

* Daily use of AI tools to enhance productivity

* Startup mindset with a focus on ownership

* Based in or willing to relocate to Warsaw

Compensation & Benefits

* 30,000 – 40,000 PLN per month

* 2-5% equity

* Opportunity for a CTO or co-founder path

* Direct access to founders with no hierarchical layers
