We're making enterprise digital transformation 5x faster by reinventing how the world's biggest companies migrate and modernize their core systems.

At a leading French multinational, migrating to the latest generation of SAP ERP is a $1 billion, 7-year effort across ~300 business units. It means untangling decades of customization, legacy code, and complexity — a challenge that every large enterprise faces in a $500 billion global market.

Traditional approaches are slow, risky, and consultant-heavy. We're proving there's a better way: leveraging GenAI to automate the hardest parts of data and code conversion, and combining it with forward-deployed engineering that delivers results in weeks, not years.

This is just the beginning. ERP migration is our first wedge into enterprise transformation, but the opportunity goes much further: by mastering the systems at the core of enterprise data and workflows, we're opening the door to a new era of products and transformation powered by GenAI.

Your Role

This is a breakthrough at the intersection of ERP, professional services, GenAI & RAG, and product engineering — an innovation that only top tech teams can deliver, unlocking new levels of automation, insight, and operational efficiency for businesses.

We are hiring founding engineers to support our early-stage proof of concept. This role will involve pushing the boundaries of innovation and exploring new possibilities within the SAP landscape.

* Work with design partners and future prospects to scope, design and implement technical solutions

* Iterate on cutting-edge software & GenAI-powered workflows, which will turn into recurrent product bricks

* Build evaluations, training data, and infrastructure to support safe, robust deployments

You might thrive in this role if you

* Are excited to leverage GenAI to build something concrete that goes beyond chatting and prompting — for instance, real-world pain points of ERP migrations

* Have strong engineering skills to solve this problem at the intersection of product engineering, data engineering, and state-of-the-art GenAI use cases

* Enjoy the 0–1 startup phase: design, architect, and implement a completely new product; iterate quickly within a small team

* [Nice to have] Have hands-on experience related to enterprise tech stacks

Logistics

* This is a full-time CDI role

* We're building an international team from day one, so fluency in English is required

* At this early stage, we strongly favor on-site collaboration in Paris to maximize speed and alignment. Our office is in the heart of the Sentier district, in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris
