Founding Engineer

At the core are AI agents embedded directly into operational workflows - enabling faster decisions, tighter system coordination, and continuous performance improvements across international supply chains. Role Overview

You’ll join as a Senior Full Stack Engineer, architecting and shipping AI-driven systems that power real-world logistics operations across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

* Work closely with founders and early customers to turn operational challenges into working product solutions

* Design and implement end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems

* Build and deploy AI-driven agents that interact with both humans and complex enterprise systems

* Evolve early prototypes into secure, scalable production systems

* Contribute to architectural decisions and help define long-term technical direction

* Continuously iterate based on direct user feedback and real-world performance

Qualifications

* Strong full-stack engineering capabilities with deep proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and React

* Hands-on experience building applications leveraging LLMs, vector databases, and prompt design techniques

* Demonstrated ability to deliver products that create tangible business impact

* Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving startup environments with high ownership

* Experience engaging directly with users or stakeholders to refine product direction

* Independent, proactive mindset with a strong sense of accountability

Location - Berlin (Hybrid)

Salary - €125,000-150,000
