Job Description

As a Founding Engineer, you will own the AI stack for a platform automating the $13T pre-construction industry. You will build multi-agent systems and RAG pipelines that process 1,500-page plan sets, turning weeks of manual bid comparisons into hours of automated work while making million-dollar decisions reliable.

What You Will Do

* Design and deploy agentic workflows using Python and tool-use orchestration to automate complex tasks across Procore APIs and Excel.

* Build and optimize production RAG systems capable of accurately parsing messy, unstructured 2D construction drawings and 1,500-page specifications.

* Collaborate directly with customers on-site to translate manual estimation workflows into intelligent agents that solve real-world industry bottlenecks.

The ideal candidate

* 4+ years of technical experience with a proven track record of shipping applied AI, computer vision, or LLM-based products to real users.

* Scrappy, 0→1 builder mentality with prior experience as a founder, ex-CTO, or early engineer at a fast-growing startup.

* Highly proficient in the AI stack, including Python (FastAPI), vector databases, agentic frameworks, and managing dockerized workloads on cloud infrastructure.
