What You’ll Do

• Ship features end-to-end across our Next.js web console, background workers, and AI

orchestration layer. mentored by CTO directly

• Use Claude Code as your default — write code, write tests, refactor at AI speed

• Read specs, write specs, and propose your own — engineering culture is doc-first here

• Triage and fix production bugs — interns ship fixes to prod, not staging

• How to use AI coding tools at the level of the engineers who built them

• What a real Silicon Valley codebase looks like — testing, CI, deploys, on-call
