Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role as a Founding Account Executive at a confidential YC-backed AI legal startup. The Account Executive will play a key role in driving business growth by sourcing and closing new business opportunities, building meaningful client relationships, and contributing to the development of scalable sales strategies. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, identifying new prospects, conducting impactful client presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in sales processes, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals.
* Strong consultative selling, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline and maintain CRM accuracy.
* Familiarity with using AI tools, data-driven insights, and sales technologies.
* Experience in scaling B2B SaaS or legal tech solutions and driving revenue growth.
* Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment and collaborate across diverse teams.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach.
* Prior experience in a startup or scaling environment is a plus.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in sales, business, or a relevant domain.
