Your tasks
As Founders Associate to the Chief of Staff, you'll work directly with Katharina and support our co-founder and CEO Leonie - not as a shadow, but as someone who actually moves things forward. You'll own projects, not just support them.
* Take ownership of your own (sub-)projects in areas such as finance, people & culture, business development, or operations (you'll also have room to identify and drive your own initiatives)
* Support the Chief of Staff in day-to-day operational and strategic topics, with close exposure to the founding team
* Drive recruiting processes end-to-end: job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and employer branding
* Own finance operations tasks: from invoicing and payment tracking to KPI dashboards and reporting
* Help plan and execute internal events (team events, all-hands) and actively shape our team culture
* Spot inefficiencies and propose AI-first solutions: we automate what can be automated
* Possibility to take on partner management responsibilities as you settle in and build context

Who We’re Looking For
* Recently graduated or in the final stages of your Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in a business-related field
* First experience in a fast-paced environment — whether in a startup, consulting, or a similar high-intensity, project-driven setting
* You are motivated to take on a wide range of tasks and bring a hands-on mentality
* Comfortable operating in high ambiguity: you can prioritize, adapt, and maintain quality even when things shift fast
* You have excellent German (C1 or native) and English skills (B2 or better)
* Structured and organized: you can manage multiple workstreams without dropping the ball
* You possess strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
