About Allie

Allie is an early-stage AI startup building the next generation of employee training.

We use AI-powered simulations and role plays to help teams practice real workplace scenarios — from leadership and communication to hiring, feedback, and performance conversations.

Instead of static e-learning, we create:

* AI role-play simulations

* Interactive training agents

* Personalized feedback loops

* Scalable training experiences powered by LLMs

Make workplace training as realistic and adaptive as talking to a real person.

We’re building fast, shipping weekly, and working closely with design partners and early customers.

Now we’re looking for a Founder’s Associate Intern to work directly with the founders and help us scale Allie from 0→1.

The Role

This is not a typical internship.

You’ll act as the founder’s right hand, working on the most important problems across product, growth, and operations.

You’ll see how an AI startup is actually built — from customer discovery to shipping features to closing pilots.

One week you might:

* analyze user behavior

* run customer interviews

* prototype a new feature

* prepare investor research

* create a marketing campaign

* or support a product launch

If you want maximum ownership and learning speed, this is for you.

What you’ll work on

Strategy & Operations

* Market and competitor research (AI, HR tech, L&D tools)

* Build dashboards and business insights

Growth & Go-to-Market

* Research and qualify potential customers

* Support pilots and customer success

* Help design early GTM experiments

* Partnerships and ecosystem outreach

Marketing 

* Help to create content and messaging for LinkedIn, website, and campaigns

* Analyze performance metrics and optimize acquisition channels

* Prepare sales, demo decks 

* Run rapid marketing experiments to test positioning and traction

You’re a great fit if you

* Are enrolled in Master's or MBA program and look for your first work experience
