Founder's Associate

We're looking for a full-time Founder’s Associate to support the founder and help run day-to-day operations at Mitte.

Location: Berlin

About the Role:

You'll be the right hand to the founder, owning everything that isn't product and engineering. This is a wide-ranging, high-autonomy role where no two days look the same.

About Mitte.ai:

AI Creative Suite. Recently raised from Afore Capital, Looking Glass Capital, and angel investors including founders of Superhuman, Zalando, Fal and n8n.

Responsibilities

* Customer Support: Handle inbound tickets, triage issues, maintain docs/FAQs, keep customers happy.

* Hiring: Source candidates, screen resumes, schedule interviews, manage the pipeline end-to-end.

* Outreach & Partnerships: Run cold outreach campaigns, manage CRM, coordinate partnership conversations.

* Operations: Manage the founder's calendar, travel, expenses, vendor relationships, and general admin.

* Comms: Draft emails, prep decks, handle social media or community if needed.

* Whatever else comes up. Seriously.

You’re;

* Highly organized, resourceful, low-ego.

* Extreme ownership mindset — you notice gaps and close them without being asked.

* Strong written English.

* Comfortable context-switching between support, ops, and people tasks all day.

* Startup experience or tolerance for ambiguity is a must.

* Based in Berlin.
